Cool down this summer with creamy delicious homemade ice cream! Join us for an Ice Cream Master Class where our chef will demonstrate to you the science of ice cream making. Not only will you enjoy an experience that elevates your kitchen fun to new heights, but your efforts will result in a whopping 4 x 500g of superior quality ice cream, hand churned by yourself in a fraction of the time it’d take for normal ice cream! WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY We’ll post out kits in advance of the e-event containing the specialised ingredients, printed recipe pack and tubs to store your ice cream. The pack also includes some instructions for minor prep work required in order to start things off with a bang. On the day, once everybody is set, your host will give detailed and informative methods on making ice cream as well as discussing the key safety procedures and tips. They will walk you through the production of 3 predetermined flavours. The grand finale, each participant will then be pitted against the rest and given 10 minutes to produce their very own ice cream creation, using ingredients left from the experience and any ingredients they forage from their kitchen. The creations will be judged by our top ice cream chef and a winner announced. To round things up its time to try some of the delicious ice cream you have been whipping up, we will show you how to plate up a beautiful molten chocolate soufflé (included in the delivery) topped with a scoop of your favourite flavour of ice cream.
