Not great customer at all night stuff was saying that I was not staying there then found out that they had not updated the computer this is not the best hotel for friendly service x

Nice hotel, staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was cold when delivered to bedroom due to a mix up with breakfast arrangements with the hotel and Chilli Sauce. All in all, a nice stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful,especially when it came to taxis. Wasnt impressed that Chilli sauce forgot to mention that we had to pay a deposit of £50 per room. Other than that,hotel was comfortable and food was great.

Had a call to say rooms would be ready early as we were arriving at 13.00 also offered a promotional offer to hire dressing gowns and matching slippers but when we arrived. No rooms ready and only 6 dressing gowns available and staff not aware of promotion. Also lots of shouting and running around during the night from other guests meant we did not have a great sleep. Rooms were great though

Hotel was clean and staff helpful.

The staff were brilliant. They put up with a lot of drunken laryness that weekend! Security was present all the time. Accommodation itself was clean and just what was needed. Breakfast was good too.

Poor security - initially given key for room which was already in use. Also quite noisy.

Great hotel in a good location

Hotel was nice in a good central location. Breakfast was lovely and had a huge selection to choose from as well as extra food that could be cooked fresh on request!

It was a good hotel, breakfast was lovely and good choice. Downside was it was very loud and everything echoed, i didnt sleep much.
