clean and a good breakfast

Although it was very clean and the breakfast was great, there was an overwhelming smell of dog. The dogs had access to the breakfast room also, which if you are allergic like one of the girls is, it made a difficult eating environment. The hosting was great, but at times a little off putting and awkward as the owners would sit and chat with you.

We stayed at the Golant - great hosts, very helpful but the accommodation was very dated and 4 in a room was quite cramped

Perfect location, lovely hosts fab breakfast!! Would have liked to know there were dogs tho as bride is scared of them. Also would have like to be informed about comunial bathroom, howevee wasnt an issue and not being able to park at hotel.

Received a friendly welcome, however were not aware they was dogs in accommodation which present during eating times. Also no hand soap which was an inconvienence.

Lovely people running the hotel. Wasn't to sure about the lovely dogs jumping all over me when I arrived. Lucky I love dogs, but some other people might not be so acceptable. Shower was a little run down too. Great breakfast and clean sheets.
