The first star is for the meal, as the meal was the only part of activity that was organised or even understood by the staff! There was a complete loss in communication and understanding as to why the Stag group was there after the meal. As the organiser, I was passed from one member of staff to another, all of which couldn’t understand what the Las Vegas Package was and also whether we had paid up from (which we had) Eventually after 2 hours of being passed from one member of staff to another and speaking to a member of the Chilli Sauce team over the phone twice to try and figure out what was going on, all whilst there was the Stag and 9 other lads hanging around who had all paid upfront. We had 25 minutes of tuition about black jack and roulette. To which the second star belongs to the member of staff that tutored us, as it was only a short period, she had to do it totally off the cuff as the Las Vegas package didn’t actually exist to them, so a great tutor. Everything around that activity was completely professional and well organised by Chilli Sauce, however the Casino night on the main night of weekend was a disaster and really dampened the spirits of the Stag and the rest of the lads on the weekend!
