Clean and tidy hotel. Free parking next door at Cabot circus car park. Friendly staff, and a decent bar.

Great hotel, bottles water in the rooms a nice touch! Only slight negative was the confusing car parking arrangement. Some of our party had success, whereas others were overcharged.

Hotel was very accommodating after Chillisauce did not book a disabled access room when we had clearly stated we had a disabled access person with our group.

Easily one of - if not the - best hotel breakfast I have had. The one downside was the fire alarm going off 9am on Sunday. Fortunately, I was polishing off breakfast when it sounded. The hotel extended breakfast so a second one was had. Delightful. Room with complementary water and decent AC.
