We’ll post out kits in advance of the e-event containing ingredients for your upcoming virtual class. Our host will welcome the group onto an online video call (whichever platform you prefer) and introduce themselves. Together the group will learn how to relax with breathwork throughout and to finish, create delicious kimchi to enjoy as a group together on the virtual call.
