Begin with a demonstration from a professional chocolatier, who'll talk you through the techniques for producing the perfect chocolate. Then it’s your turn, working under tuition you will make and decorate exquisite handmade chocolates, sampling as you go and finishing with a beautifully presented selection of chocolate treats.
