The hotel was a bit sad and in need of a face lift. The old building is gorgeous but the Spa facilities were grimy and the en-suite needed updating.
The hotel was horrendous. My bed was slanted and very uncomfortable. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, bathroom tiles coming off the floor. We were served mouldy food at breakfast and the service was really poor. The “spa” was dirty and run down. The main pool was unsafe with tiles on the floor missing and the safety hand rail was wobbly. The jacuzzi was filled with yellow grime. The changing rooms were dirty and unusable. So disappointed with this hotel.
