Like a hostel

Good overall, few negatives were couldn't stand up in shower due to roof height and service very slow in bar / restaurant

Beautiful accommodation

The staff here were incredibly helpful - nothing was too much of a problem for them. Being on a hen do our room after the first night was covered in glitter and feathers (naturally) and instead of the usual shirty message you get in other hotels they just left us a note saying they had left everything as it is and hope we enjoy our night. Breakfast was brilliant and there was no pushiness over when to check out by. Location was very central and we walked home both nights without any problems.

Accommodation was reasonable quality and really enjoyed the spa facilities. Good location close to centre of town and relaxed, helpful staff.

The room was a bit run down, but the facilities were amazing.

Excellent accommodation with great facilities

Clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff, full use of all swimming facilities and bar area. Close to town where restaurants, bars and shops were - we were able to walk there in less than 10 mins.

Lovely place to stay. Staff were very welcoming. Rooms were lovely and having the spa was a real bonus.
