A very good hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were clean and provided everything one would expect of a 4* hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

really comfortable stay: good location, good sized rooms, super power shower, yummy breakfast and great reception staff - able to adapt to less than perky hen the morning after...

Lovely hotel, great breakfast! Only gripe would be that the walls are paper thin and you could hear everything in the rooms either side even when they weren't being particularly noisy

The Hotel in Bristol was very good. The rooms were of a great standard. The staff went out of their way to make the experience problem free. Faye from reception organised for me to have four ice buckets and 10 champaign glasses brought to my room so we could surprise the hen. Bar was open late on Friday which was good. I have to say that the only issue is that the taxi that was booked by a different lady at reception was booked for the wrong time and to the incorrect zizzi's in Clifton (even though I had given her the full address and post code!)
