Overview
You’ll be given a full safety briefing and kitted out with your harness and helmet, before heading out onto the course with your instructor, for an adventurous high ropes session tackling treetop obstacles, platforms, tunnels, rope swings and zip lines.

The Venue
Go Ape - Thetford Forest
In the heart of Britain's largest lowland pine forest, this is an exciting activity centre in Suffolk. As well as its iconic Tree Top Adventure, the centre has 30 miles of cycling and walking trails, covering 50,000 acres of woodland. Parking is available onsite and dogs are welcome to roam the grounds. Refreshments are available at the cafe.
