Booth in club not ready for us for over half an hour, then when taken upstairs then had to wait again with no drinks . Had to argue to be given 2 bottles of spirits even though we had 2 booths booked . Defiantly not worth £40 a head . Booth was nothing special . Definitely it themed music rooms. Not suited to the age group of our hen party and definitely a club more suited to under age drinkers liking house music no variation in music at all even though we asked . Over 400 for something not even worth 40 for all of us.

Really disappointed with the whole experience at the nightclub. It Said about VIP service and no queue waiting, couldn’t of been further from the truth. I think we waited longer as they had no information regarding us coming. Our main guest who organised the weekend with your company said her name and they didn’t have any details down. I then had get my phone to get the itinerary details and the bouncers took my phone and had it for about 5 mins while they went through the itinerary to see what we should of been getting , eventually said we could go in and that we had to wait on the bottom floor as our booth wasn’t ready! We then had to buy drinks while we waiting and then about 30 mins later a girl comes to take us to our booth and said it was ready. We walked in the room and it was completely dead only the bar staff was the other people in there! It was like they just lashed us on what ever floor was free. The booth wasn’t ready no drinks on there and then when we got to ask for the spirits we would like we was then told we was only having 1 booth and 1 bottle of spirit ! After us paying a lot of money for 2! So then there was ringing your company to sort it and the staff arguing they wasn’t giving us two bottles or booths. So this caused more delays ( even though it should of been A VIP experience) and really upset the bride to be. People where also having to buy drinks as it was taking so long. Eventually they gave us two bottles but the amount of mixers to go with it was a joke! And when I asked for more they only passed two cans so we was having to buy our own mixers too.

Really disappointed with this, turnt up to the event to be asked for ID even though most of the ladies in the group were older than the staff and bouncers. We were taken up to a room which had restaurant background music, so everyone wasn't up and dancing. Had to ask for the music to be changed on multiple occassions. Felt like we were pushed upstairs out of the way. When we moved around the building the other VIP tables looked amazing, and just felt annoyed at the experience.

Drinks and hostess ladies were great but the “booth” they put us in was at the very top of the nightclub in an empty room with zero atmosphere, the music was awful and we asked for it to be changed repeatedly but they didn’t, after an hour we left the booth and went into the “real” nightclub which had many empty roped off booths but we weren’t allowed to use one
