Great hotel with a great location, but, when we arrived at the hotel our rooms had been randomly allocated so we were sharing with random people and they would not let us change to suit our needs.

The rooms were pretty standard and small but the communal areas were good and the staff are very helpful.

This hotel was situated within the heart of Cardiff city centre, yet was just off the main street so as to be quiet. High level of modern furnishings, meant that this is probably the highest class hotel I've stayed in for a StagDo, perhaps too high class, as all other clientele were professionals or families on holiday. Yet our party behaved themselves so it was fine. Bar is reasonably priced for a hotel bar too.

Hotel in a great location for walking into City. Nice clean room and facilities, friendly polite staff and great breakfast options. On site parking a little expensive and difficult at peak times - ask to reserve your parking space if you’re venturing out during your stay.
