Our indoor wave machine at Cardiff International White Water offers a unique chance to learn how to surf and bodyboard in a safe, controlled environment. Feel the rush of riding waves with our Flowrider indoor wave simulator that creates an endless sheet of smooth water - perfect for beginners as well as experienced riders looking for some extra time on the board. With our experienced coaches guiding you every step of the way, this 90 minute session will have you feeling like a pro in no time!
The session time includes kitting up, and safety briefing.

The Venue
Cardiff International White Water Centre
This exciting on-demand white water and indoor surf facility is located in the heart of the International Sports Village in Cardiff. It's 250m on-demand white-water course pumps up to 16 cubic meters of water per second, that's the same as 80 bathtubs! The flow and level of the water can be altered so that the course can be enjoyed by everyone, from beginners through to experts.
