You’ll experience a tram-ride, see the city sights and shop in traditional groceries and markets before returning to the kitchen. There you’ll use your ingredients to prepare your own Portuguese appetisers to enjoy.

This workshop runs over 3 hours where you will learn how to make a feast of Japanese rolls and dumplings. You will be given step by step tuition by a sushi expert. Once all the cooking is complete your sushi will be presented to an expert judging panel.

This workshop runs over 3 hours where you will learn how to fold and make 4 authentic Chinese Dim Sum. You will be given step by step tuition through all the different stages required to make the perfect Dim Sum. Once all cooking is complete all the dishes are presented ready for judging and of course tasting.
