Bring plenty of water – you can take water bottles into the game zone to drink from during new game briefings.
While a lot of the game zone is under tree cover, apply sun protection as you would for any outdoor activity you take part in.
There are only a selected number of Hyper shock systems available - players with certain health conditions should avoid.
