Had a great time, but there was no introduction of how to drive the track before hand, so we were going in blind. They made us buy our balaclavas when we know other groups had been given free disposable ones. Because of our group size we didn't get to participate in a Grand Prix experience, which was a shame as we had been looking forward to that.

Couldn’t fault this activity, first time doing go karting staff were great and the actual experience was such good fun, afterwards our group got a 50% off voucher if you book again 7 days after the event

Excellent service, well run, would be nice to know about the charge for the balaclava beforehand but overall it was great would recommend

It was a fun experience, but I felt our group was not well matched with the other group - the teenage boys kept crashing into us and I therefore did not find it too enjoyable. We were also shocked that we had to pay an extra £8 for gloves and balaclava - this was not clear.

Disappointed as I can't go kart I've never been so embrassed in my life about not having overalls to fit and wasn't told when we booked this size and height was a problem. It's body shamed and mental health been affected by this alot having to be embrassed and upset about it which if u had told before hand I wouldn't have paid. So I couldn't Go kart.. not happy.

As a group we really enjoyed the go karting however, didn't receive a trophy for the winner, but did get a piece of paper with our names in order of the fastest to slowest. The staff were lovely and would recommend it to others🙂
