The massage was lovely but ChilliSauce's communication was rubbish. We were told to arrive at 10am for 1pm massages, expecting to use the spa facilities during the wait. On arrival, the receptionist said we couldn't enter until 1pm! Thankfully, she kindly rearranged bookings so we could get in at 11:30am. Also, the 'brunch' description mentioned 'selection of cheeses, cured meat, hot and cold dishes, juices' but didn't clarify this was just access to the hotel breakfast buffet.
