Overview

After warming up with some stretches and floor moves, this fun lesson will teach you how to perform basic spins and tricks, sliding seductively down the pole and throwing in some super sexy manoeuvres.

Our pole dancing teacher Rafael was absolutely amazing. He was such good fun! Got everyone included and got us to try lots of different things. Great guy, amazing instructor, highlight of the hen weekend!

We had a good giggle, instructor could have perhaps considered wearing some bigger underwear ??
