Excellent location. Good, clean, comfortable, well-equipped room (loved the fact we had a fridge!). Staff very helpful. Shame about the fire alarm at 5.28 am when we had to evacuate (NOT your fault - just a comment!)

The breakfast was lovely & the hotel is in a fabulous location for The Bullring & the bars on Broad Street. The rooms are looking a bit tired but overall an excellent hotel.

Slightly dated and food was average. On arrival it was chaos the hotel did not seem to know who should be there and which rooms we were in we were not given breakfast times or checkout info and this was not provided in the rooms.

Great hotel, nice clean and well equipped rooms. Breakfast was pretty horrific though!
