4★ Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham

Hotel was fine. A couple of the party have stayed there before so location wise was perfect, staff friendly although no mention of renovations prior to booking.

Jurys hotel is well located and the facilities are good - shame that the dining area and bar were being refurbished.

The hotel was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for everyone.

The location of the hotel was perfect, everything was within easy reach. Staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean, the iron did smoke when I plugged it in so thought best not to use it. There was a good variety of food for breakfast including croissants, full english, cereal and fruit. Breakfast was available until 11:00 which was good as after a night out nobody wanted to get up too early. My only problem was that the card to open the door kept not working and there was a problem with the computer system meaning they could bot resolve it at one time. A member of staff did come into work and worked all night to sort out the systems.

Very good accommodation and in a great location. Very good breakfast buffet.

We booked as a party, it's a shame we were so spread out across the hotel.

lovely! On a hen do i attended just 2 weeks prior at a different hotel they had wine glasses in the rooms which was quite thoughful, but a minor detail.

Hotel was lovely, clean and tidy, the staff were accomadating the only niggle was the air conditioning was not working properly but as we were not in the room for that long it wasn;t a big problem. I did report to reception in the morning of departure.

Hotel was fab, really clean and modern. Plus right on Broad Street
