Comedy Show

Tables were not the best layout for us. We couldn't be a proper group. It was like an old fashioned school desk. And so close together, that when the row in front moved to get up, their chairs pushed into our table. This caused our tables to move into us and drinks being spilt every time. Staff did not look happy to be there when serving the food and drinks. It's a comedy club yet they looked miserable.

Nice central venue, nice seating plan, all able to see & hear well. Throughly enjoyed all the comedians, nicely building up to the headliner. The compare definitely suited his role, he read the audience well, made funny comments without going too far. I ordered food & drinks via the app which arrived promptly and the prices were sensible. The down side to ordering was that being in a dimly lit hall made it difficult to see the screen well or the details on my payment card to fill it out, but I managed To access the venue meant climbing quite a few stairs, ok for me but some less able people struggled both going up & down. The toilets were clean & functioning and clearly identified. I felt safe & secure whilst there & the door was monitored by uniformed security staff.

The best comedy show I've been to in a long time! Even the host was hilarious. Table service for food and drinks and the prices were very reasonable. Queueing is outside due to limited space in the downstairs area but despite this, highly recommended.
