3★ Village Hotel - Blackpool

Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable, the staff are lovely, breakfast was fab will be visiting again

The hotel was clean and modern with excellent facilities, the heated outdoor swimming pool was amazing and a great way to start the day. The rooms were clean and well kept with tea and coffee provided as well as fresh towels changed daily. The breakfast provided was great, lots of choice and really tasty. The only thing that let the hotel down was the bed as it was too firm.

Nice on the outside and was at least clean. However, our door wouldn’t shut properly unless you slammed it shut and we came back to find the door left open after the cleaners had been. Fortunately nothing was missing. Pool facilities were great. Bed was too hard. Breakfast was included but honestly I wish we hadn’t bothered…no hash browns, no variety in eggs, mushrooms were like microwave mushrooms, grilled tomatoes were practically raw, and all tasted like it had been made the night before

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok there was some choice. Poor hot(warm) choice - scrambled eggs, sausage (looked like it was cooked the night prior), bacon, fresh tomato and beans….. plates were cold so the time you help yourself and got back to your table so was your food!! Croissant and pan au chocolate weren’t warmed so seemed slightly stale. Spa facilities were great, outside pool was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable however some rooms the doors didn’t not close unless slammed, some of us were disturbed late at night due to this.
