Hotel ok - would have been better had chilli if chilli sauce got our date correct left 14 of us with nowhere to stay and not 1 offer of help to rebook us elsewhere -just said will review phone calls Monday - what a joke !! No on could have cared less

Excellent hotel, good location for train station, bit of a walk to town, ok going down but mission walking back as all up hill. Pizzas were amazing. Staff very friendly.

Lovely hotel, very clean and staff friendly. Do think they should offer some car park discount though

Nice hotel, not a great location for the night life. We had to get Ubers and the other Jurys inn was right in the mix of it all. Also they tried to say it was one drinks vouchers per stay and it was per night. They also wanted one person to put a deposit down for all rooms and we said no we will each do our own room. It’s unfair on a hen party when you do not know everyone

Clean rooms, friendly staff BUT if you don't have a credit card to do a holding fee on your room it is a bit of a nightmare, also, check in is 4pm, not 3pm as Chilli sauce state, check out is 11 not 12, again, as stated through Chilli sauce.

Perfect hotel and so close to the station. The reception staff were so helpful, and making sure we were happy and had everything g we needed

Lovely hotel. Only thing is the room was quite warm at night.

Comfortable, clean, quiet. Good breakfast. Nice bar. About 10 minute walk to the main town/seafront.

Overall it was good, had to call reception up when going to bed found a pair of socks in the bed, but they dealt with it straight away.

The hotel staff were lovely and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious.

The hotel overall was in an excellent condition, the staff where all lovely, room was immaculate and the food here was amazing….the breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had…y only compliant was that we were offered a free glass of fizz with our booking package and there was some discrepancy with the manager about this as she claimed it was to do with chilliesauce and not the hotel she did however give us 50% off a round of drinks for 15 ppl and 3 free drinks to make up for it but maybe something the 2 companies could agree on for future hen dus booking large groups.
