Cabaret All Stars Show & Meal

The show I cannot fault. The drinks service very very slow even for water. The service charge on the package deal is just wrong and inexcusable so I got them to remove it. Also the chilli sauce website says 12.5% and it’s actually 15%. It would be so much easier to pay as you go with drinks on an app of some sort, they need to move with the times on this one. It would save their waitresses legs too.

Fantastic show. Table service very slow. You will wait a while for your drinks. Service charge on food that is already paid for through Chilli sauce and a bit of a nightmare working out the bill as you can't pay individually for your drinks. The service charges are astronomical to say the least

Extremely professional in every way! The acts put on divine performances and the costumes looked the part. A perfect venue with a fantastic host, waitresses and other staff. I was sceptical at first but would definitely go to a burlesque act again, as is well worthy of an evening’s entertainment.

The performers were amazing and the waitresses were very attentive, shame that the food seemed to be in half portions. The vegetarian plates were becoming smaller and smaller as the meat plates became larger. One dish was new potatoes, aubergine and kale but when it came I was presented with 2 potato wedges and a smear of aubergine, I wouldn’t call that a plate. Cocktails were delicious though!

The show itself was fantastic, the food was not really what I would consider a 'meal' as it was just a piece of chicken, not even veg side! The venue cleared out very quickly after the show so I think they need to work on the 'after party'

The show and the staff at the event were fabulous! Definitely recommend. Drinks and food were the let down as the cocktails did taste watered down

The waitress was excellent always meeting our needs and the entertainment was absolutely fantastic . But we felt that we were over charge of the end of the night of our bills for the hen party and there was no one discuss it with .

Show was great and the food and service was good. Service charge was too high though.

The show was absolutely phenomenal and worth every penny I spent, all really mesmorizing and extremely talented! However the food was very sub par, and even though it says 3 course meal you do have to pay for your sides so you do just get a piece of meat for your main course. The other thing to be aware of is the service charge, I was fully aware that we had to pay a service charge on our drinks and was 100% prepared to do this even more so with our waiter Calvin being amazing however I was not expecting the service charge to be put on all of our food that we had pre-ordered!? Surely chilli sauce could have worked this into the cost or the description could have been worded better so we weren't blindsided by a service charge worth hundreds? All in all the show was fab however the service charges and food let it down massively

The venue was lovely and the performers were amazing and the staff were very helpful and happy to help.

The entertainment was absolutely amazing. All of the performers were fantastic. The waiter was very friendly and helpful.

The show was great the dancers and all other acts were very entertaining. It was very busy and compact in the building especially in the balcony and was hard to see the stage unless we stood but we were also back to back with another table so this was difficult there was a lot of bumping into 1 another and moving chairs around to get out to the toilet. the food was quite tasty but it was so dark it was hard to see what you were eating and it came out the same time as the acts so you were torn with which to start with first. The service charge was quite a shock at the end as its not just added to the drinks you order but also the prepaid food, this quickly added up!

We were told that we couldn’t have sashes or the bride a veil and upon entry there was other parties wearing said paraphernalia which was outrageous and eventually the venue gave us back the veil. We were up on the balcony so only the people sat closest to the edge had an unrestricted view so this was not great or fair and the balcony seats should be discounted. My starter (aubergine) was cold but the risotto and chocolate dessert was lovely. My friends chicken was like a brick and flavourless. Drinks took a while to arrive but were great. The bill arrived with the package that we had prepaid on there but was taken off quickly. Staff were attentive and the show was great

I would award stars for the actual show and performers. Also the table service however the food was extremely disappointing. The time in between courses was far too long and to receive cold food after the wait isn’t professional or enjoyable. Thought it was nice to offer all the celebrated people cakes however they added a fee to the bill which wasn’t appropriate as we didn’t know or request this.

drinks were expensive and the service charge comes in around £10 but the food was good and the show was fab

Burlesque show was 5/5, food was fantastic and the waitress was good however courses did take a while to come out and drinks are extremely expensive. They also charged us £72 service fee for a party of 8 people which seemed highly (15% of the food & drinks bill)
