We had a good time at the Seabright Town House, the location was good (just off the seafront, 15 mins walk from the centre of Brighton). The house was clean and relatively well maintained. The kitchen and lounge/dinner were lovely and worked well as social spaces. Our only real issue was that except for the top floor, you couldn't open any windows. So in the mornings the windows were steamy and the bedrooms were a little musty.

There was mould on the ceiling in the main living room. Windows in one of the bedrooms didn’t open so was very warm throughout the night.

The house was in a great location and was clean and well suited to a large group - particularly the living room which had ample seating. The house would have been better with another bathroom, or at least a separate WC. We also had a noise notification when we did not even have music on.

It was a really nice clean house and the sun terrace was a really nice surprise

Loved the house, shame about the miserable neighbours who moaned about noise when we weren't being noisy.
