Designed with groups in mind, the property features spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and the unique Enchanted Table, seating up to 24 guests for unforgettable meals and celebrations together. Located within walking distance of the seafront, shops, bars and restaurants, it's the perfect base for a memorable Brighton weekend.

Alice's Room sleeps 2 guests – 1x antique French double bed (bed sharing required).
The Queen of Hearts Room sleeps 6 guests – 3x single beds | 1x bespoke playing card bunk bed | 1x pull-out futon.
The Lounge sleeps 3 guests (functions as the 7th bedroom) – 1x double sofa bed | 1x single sofa bed (bed sharing required).
Pay and display parking is available on the surrounding streets.
Check-in from 3:00pm | Standard check-out by 10:30am (weekend bookings include a late Sunday check-out).
Minimum 2-night stay.
Important Info
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining 70% balance is due 9 weeks before arrival.
A £250 refundable damage deposit is required 7 days before arrival.
The damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, subject to a satisfactory housekeeping inspection.
Please let us know your preferred room and bed configuration before arrival.
Bed sharing is required to achieve the property's maximum occupancy of 24 guests.
