Oh my goodness. I have never laughed so much doing physical exercise in my life. I am in no way coordinated enough to do this sort of thing, but the staff were kind and patient, got me on my feet after some struggles and then made sure that every last member of our party laughed the entire time. A fantastic way to spend a morning!

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile. One of our group lost a medical device, the instructors stopped everything and hunted on their hands and knees in the lagoon to help us retrieve it! We had the best afternoon, such good fun
