The sports day coach / teacher was great fun we had a really good laugh doing this! Highly recommend:)

Really great fun however very intense if you're not used to exercise! There was no warm up and I would suggest you eat very well before hand as its very physical. But misleading with the rope as tug of war was not part of the activity!

This was so much fun! We laughed so much. It was ran really well and we had good instruction. A lot more strenuous than we expected, but we still had tonnes of fun.

Great activity, the instructor made the session fun for us all and got us all involved. Only criticism is that it would have been better if the hall was air conditioned as it got hot in the zorbs. And if there was music. But otherwise we had loads of fun!

I didn't do this myself as I'm claustrophobic, but the girls that did had great fun and I felt no pressure to particpate, and they thought up games to include those of us who didn't want to be in the bubbles which was a nice touch

Very hard to find but when we did - great fun!

This was hilarious! A few bruises later but we all laughed a lot - it was great fun and a new experience for most of us. The sun was out which was a bonus.

Pretty fun but outrageously expensive considering you have 1 hour in a sports hall! Also quite far outside of Brighton.

Situated on the coast in sunny Brighton, this leisure centre features a state of the art gym with personal training option, in addition to an extensive sports hall offering volleyball, cricket and basketball.
