Really great fun however very intense if you're not used to exercise! There was no warm up and I would suggest you eat very well before hand as its very physical. But misleading with the rope as tug of war was not part of the activity!

This was so much fun! We laughed so much. It was ran really well and we had good instruction. A lot more strenuous than we expected, but we still had tonnes of fun.

Pretty fun but outrageously expensive considering you have 1 hour in a sports hall! Also quite far outside of Brighton.

The concept of this is really good, and we had a good time. I think at times the instructor was quite intense, which is clearly because there were other groups after us every hour. I think it might be better to ‘read the room’ as it were and have one or two less activities if the group is quite chilled. Also shouting at us to leave immediately at the end did make it feel like you are on a conveyor belt, which we clearly were.

Brilliant! So much fun! We were absolutely knackered and it really brought out our competitive side. Which made it all more fun! Roy was great in getting us up and going. Tug of war, races, space hopper! Was so much for our hen group!

Had a fantastic time doing the old School sports day! the venue was at a sport facility where families go, so might need to rethink the location especially if the group have outfits or writing that might be inappropriate to children otherwise a good laugh, very competitive with one another and the instructor made the day memorable

Situated on the coast in sunny Brighton, this leisure centre features a state of the art gym with personal training option, in addition to an extensive sports hall offering volleyball, cricket and basketball.
