Lovely stay, room nice and clean. Check was bit slow think they were overwhelmed with big groups checking in.

Lovely hotel, but chillisauce really need to inform people better regarding the deposit that is needed at the hotel, so if your on a budget it doesnt get taken out of that. Leaves you with less to spend. Although it is returned if no damage has been caused, but most people go away with a budget and that does not include a damage deposit, it needs to be very clear and probably be told to people.

Good location, clean enough. Unfortunate that the rep also failed to inform us of having to pay a £100 good housekeeping bond on each room, leaving the Hen to have to ask us all to pay. An unexpected bill to say the least.

Nice room. However we weren’t told before hand that there would be £100 deposit which would’ve been fine if we were told and prepared for this

Rooms are too small for three people, the third bed is not fit for adults as it is rock hard. We only had two cups, u askglasses, towels, teabags etc when they knew there are three people in room. They don’t clean rooms lol we go unless you ask, so we asked but all we got were clean towels, they didn’t even empty the bin

Hotel was lovely and clean. Room was amazing, much better than I had expected. Good selection at Breakfast but some problem with waffle machine which no one seemed to solve

You have to pay a £50 deposit when you arrive which doesn't go back to your account for another 10 working days. I get why but a bit annoying when you've already paid for everything through here. Their hairdriers are a bit dodgy too be careful to check if the back is on properly - one of the girls got her hair caught and had to cut her hair to get free!

Excellent hotel. Super comfy beds. 24 hour pizza service which was very welcome at 3am! Breakfast was great - they also have a waffle maker!! Excellent location.
