On the day of the arrival, we track group’s flight to make sure it’s on time. A guide will contact your group lead prior to arrival so group will know who’s picking them up. Guide will be waiting for the group at arrivals with a sign of the team lead’s name.

Driver takes the group directly to the departure area of the airport. In case of early morning departures guide contacts group lead on phone at the given pick up time and helps them navigate to their bus. In case of any delay from the group's side bus can wait up to 15 minutes.
