Hotel accomodation was appropriate for our staying needs. It would howvever have been better, if placed nearer to the town centre in order to access bars etc, and avoid having to taxi back and forward.

Rooms were great set up with 3 beds so no one had to share with people they didnt know.

Even thought we were moved hotels at the last moinute the new Travelodge on Newmarket road was lovely and clean and new. The staff however need to leanr customer services and better english!

Lovely second hotel. Shame they didn't know we were coming after being moved from the first!

Cocktails just across the way from hotel staff very friendly and we were able to leave luggage while we shopped on day of departure.

Great location and great for the purpose of the hen weekend. However, car parking was so expensive and the rooms were stuffy as no windows opened in any rooms!

The hotel itself was great however Chillisauce made an error and sent us the wrong details.

a very reasonably priced hotel - with all basic necessary amenities, aircon on autopilot turning on and off all night was slightly annoying but we got used to the "white noise". Its bit of a walk from city centre - i guess this is reflected in the price. Don't bother with breakfast very expensive - cheaper available across road at frankie & benny's - and they give you bogof breakfast voucher if you purchase an evening meal there.

Although we had a bit of rude service from one member of stuff this was soon sorted and was very happy with service after another member of stuff sorting it out

Rooms were good but ready by 3pm - assistant manager was rude however we were compensated with with a free breakfast.

clean and comfortable, a little problem with rooms not ready, hotel manager on duty did not handle the situation very professionally, but this was soon rectified by a young lady "Naomi" who handled the situation superbly
