Begin with a demonstration from a professional chocolatier, who will talk you through the techniques required to produce the perfect chocolate. Then it’s your turn, working under expert tuition you will make and decorate exquisite handmade chocolates to your own unique recipes, sampling as you go and finishing with a beautifully presented selection of chocolate treats.
