Begin with a demonstration from a professional chocolatier, who will talk you through the techniques required to produce the perfect chocolate. Then it’s your turn, working under expert tuition you will make and decorate exquisite handmade chocolates to your own unique recipes, sampling as you go and finishing with a beautifully presented selection of chocolate treats.

The Venue
Royal Cambridge Hotel
Not only is this hotel in a beautiful historical building, it is also located on the edge of Cambridge city centre, making it an ideal location to start and end your night. With a gin and cocktail bar on site, you won’t have to move far from your room to enjoy a delicious drink.
