Very disorganised.. Had to wait 15 minutes before we got a drink. I had previously emailed over regrading allergies in the group.. Had to go through the allergies again when we were there and they still got it wrong... Was very disappointed

Rubbish service and didn’t get the idea of dietary requirements, sent plates our missing items which we had to ask for and only had 10 mins to eat after they had stopped dragging their heels. Chilli were provided with dietary requirements prior to us visiting, usure if the blame is with chilli or the hotel on this but they were not ready for us....disappointing

When we arrived the staff on duty in the restaurant said they were unaware that our party was booked in. Given that, they quickly set up our tables and tea was served! We had a variety of cakes, sandwiches and scones with plenty of tea. It was too much to eat and we ended up with some yummy take-out boxes. Very nice.

Vegan was catered for amazingly even with 1 days notice. Had so much food & unlimited tea & coffee.

Was very good although the hotel didn’t have the booking straight away and we had to show them out itinerary.
