Wonderful hotel, the reception staff were so welcoming and professional, the bedroom was lovely and clean, the breakfast and bar area wonderfully spacious and the breakfast food was lovely, will definitely stay again in future

Amazing hotel, really close to the train station and right in Cardiff centre, we got a taxi to a club and it was really cheap, hotel ordered us the taxis and everything was stress free :) highly recommend

There were two of us in a twin room but we had an issue with the door keys. We were each given a key but the second one used seemed to override the first one used. Not very helpful. This was pointed out to the staff and they provided another set of key cards - same thing happened. Otherwise not bad

Some problems with Checking In as they had the room pairings wrong
