The Cocktail masterclass was great fun, everyone had great fun tasting all the cocktails and getting the chance to make their own.

A good way to get started on the hen party, but a bit secluded I b a private bar area

Good atmosphere to get everyone in the party sprit. Really enjoyable.

Took a long time for all of us to make our cocktails as we could only take part two at a time. Food was moderate. Good fun though.

Cocktails and bartender were fab. Food platter was greasy and about 1/2 hour after we finished.

Got lots of drinks, did have to wait for food

I enjoyed this the best we had our own personal cocktail maker he was fantastic nothing to much trouble

Really good fun and lots of alcohol provided. Platters are only small as a snack but nice.

we found the cocktail making session really good fun. bless the guy, he was funny and entertaining. we really enjoyed having a go ourselves as none of us has been cocktail making before. The session was a great start to our weekend. Would happily book again.

The barmen who taught this class were very good. Relaxed, a bit cheeky and very knowledgeable. We all had a brilliant time.

Cocktail making was excellent fun!! Once this finished, I was told we would be served food. However, Tiger Tiger said this wasn't a part of the package. I called Chillisauce and they spoke with the manager and got the food platters sorted straight away. There was a problem and it was resolved easily - Very impressed :) This may be an area that needs to be confirmed between Chillisauce and Tiger Tiger so this doesn't happen in the future as we were slightly inconvenienced by having to make a couple of phone calls when we should have been partying.

The guys were great and managed to keep up with the banter. The range of cocktails available to make were fab and even catered for the tee totallers. Have now returned home feeling confident about making some cocktails. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Would prefer some sandwiches or dips as a choice of food rather than just fatty stuff.

Cocktail making was brilliant, and platters were delicious. Only thing I would say is that the platters came out towards the end of the class, therefore we were all then full up for having our meals after.

Good fun! Food was lovely, although platters came to cocktail making just before the meal so we were pretty full by the time of the meal. Next time platters would be better to come at the start of the cocktail making.

This was really good, enjoyed this more than I thought I would, barman was lovely, all staff at Mansion House really nice and helpful, I have arthritis and can't do stairs so they let me use their lift, couldn't have been nicer
