It was good because we made it good, the bubbles were dirty and it was a bit of a nightmare with people and conditions

We didn’t know what to anticipate for the sports day but the moment we met our instructor he made the whole experience so exciting and full of enjoyment. He felt like he was part of our hen do, cheering us all on and you could tell he enjoyed himself even though he must do a handful of these sports days each & everyday. He changed one of the sports to accommodate a couple of the party having injuries which was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. We left the sports day feeling super refreshed aswell! Nothing like we anticipated but everything we could have wanted (and reminded us that we haven’t been at school for over 10 years!! (Time flies!) so thank you so much! 🙂

The sports day activities were a great throwback . We all enjoyed and it got a bit competitive. Only downside of the whole experience is that it is far out from the city centre, so had to organise transport to venue.

Amazing, would definitely do again. Was a really hot day so became a mini green house and had to take many breaks but was a must do experience.

The Venue

Channel View Leisure Centre - Cardiff

Opened in 2002 Channel View Centre plays an integral part in the local community with it's excellent range of facilities. The fitness suite offers a number of cardio and resistance machines including cross trainers and treadmills. There is also a separate free weights section with a matted area.
