You hadn’t confirmed our booking so no rooms for us, what a joke

Arrived to be told the rooms were not confirmed as being booked and that they were fully booked for the night. Had to ring chillisauce and the manager of the hotel refused to speak to the man from chillisauce on the phone. Eventually we were told there were rooms available. The rooms were lovely and clean but have to say apart from the cleaner and staff serving breakfast the staff were very rude!

Lovely hotel. Food good. Big rooms. Staff marvellous we were a dresses up hen party. Would highlh recommend.
