Paddle your way along the famous River Liffey through the picturesque Strawberry Beds area. You'll feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of Dublin's nearby city centre as you steer your way downriver, negotiating 4 fast-flowing weirs along the route, surrounded by wildlife and picture-perfect countryside.
Favourite part of the trip! We had so much fun row rowing down the Liffey! Our instructor was the best and despite doing an 8k kayak on a hangover, we all felt amazing and had the best time! I would say... Make sure you read the instructions beforehand very carefully - spare socks, pants and a towel are so important!

Great people running it, they provide wet suits, life jackets, helmets so no need to take own clothes except perhaps a towel. Very professional great experience, although alot of rowing if unfit ! In water for approx 2.5 hours.
