Favourite part of the trip! We had so much fun row rowing down the Liffey! Our instructor was the best and despite doing an 8k kayak on a hangover, we all felt amazing and had the best time! I would say... Make sure you read the instructions beforehand very carefully - spare socks, pants and a towel are so important!

Absolutely fantastic! Would have preferred a few more drops but cant fault it otherwise. Instructors were fab and very friendly

Great people running it, they provide wet suits, life jackets, helmets so no need to take own clothes except perhaps a towel. Very professional great experience, although alot of rowing if unfit ! In water for approx 2.5 hours.

Fantastic experience! Really friendly staff. Unfortunately no info provided by chilli sauce. Poor service from them.
