the hotel was lovely, nice and clean, shame about the greeter when we first arrived at the main reception desk. She was very annoyed we didnt have a reference number to hand. Then proceeded to tell us she couldnt check us in. Then all of a sudden had a previous printed pack out with all our details on. I found the whole thing a bit stressful and strange - even when we offered to produce photo I.D
