Rooms was lovely aswell as the breakfast however when asing for help and advice some staff were extreamly rude buf iver all a good hotel

The hotel was lovely and in a fab location. However, I was disappointed that the hotel bar did not allow hen party's in with sashes on and the bride had L plates and a veil on. As this is part of a hen party package I was not impressed that we were asked to either take the items off or leave!! We spent over £100 on drinks and were hurried out by the security staff!! very disappointing

The hotel was fantastic, very modern, great facilities, rooms were really comfortable and well equipped. In terms of location it was perfect, right next to the train station and a short stroll from town. Perfect!

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Great position for walking around. Rooms clean and comfortable. lovely, hot full English breakfast. Only issue was exceptionally slow checking in. Don't know if this was because we were booked as a group with Chillisauce.
