4★ Leonardo Hotel Liverpool

The hotel rooms were very clean and tidy. The breakfast on offer was good however we did have to wait for extra bacon, eggs and beans to be brought out. Perhaps both sides of the breakfast bar could be utilised to prevent guests having to wait so long for cooked items. Also in the rooms some decaffeinated tea bags would be appreciated. Decaffeinated coffee was on offer which was great. The hotel is ideally situated for the activities chosen on our trip and not noisy at night.,

Very clean, lobby was beautiful, comfy beds and spacious rooms. Staff a bit blasé and aloof which was a shame and let it down

Fab hotel and great location

The hotel was nice and clean however we was advised by Chilli Sauce that early check in was £10.00 per room - on arrival we were advised there was no early check in. When we had explained the information we had been told, the receptionist went to speak with a colleague who advise it was £20.00 per room for early check in. This was an inconvenience.

The overall experience at the hotel was positive. Rooms were clean, staff were polite, breakfast was good. There were a few things that I would comment on that didn’t make it 5*. Our hotel room window was broken so the room was overly warm. There wasn’t much choice of drinks to take back to the room and we had no tea/coffee or water facilities provided in the rooms. We also asked the hotel staff to call a taxi but this wasn’t organised properly which inevitably made us late to our 1st activity of the day.

Great location, good breakfast, staff relaxed, beds comfortable and clean. Couldn’t have asked for anymore for this hen do.
