It was a bit expensive for an hour but we had such a good time. We are not sporty or competitive and at first our host 'keep fit Kev' didn't know what to do with us, but then he realised we were out for a kaugh and he worked with us. Laughed the whole time and got some great photos.

Have to say none of us were enthusiastic about the sports day. But the man who ran it had us all motivated, laughing and particiating all the way through. Would definitely recommend.
