The hotel was lovely overall BUT a few things made me gave this a low rating. Check in is 4pm which is very late for any standard and does not allow time to really enjoy and get ready properly for the evening. If you want earlier check in, they will charge £20 per hour. The air cond on two of the guest rooms were not working satisfactorily and thus the guests didn’t really have a good night sleep. Very disappointed because otherwise room was spacious, lovely decor with big twin beds and super comfy.
