We all enjoyed out treatments and the spa facilities were lovely. They provided us with a private relaxation room where we were served champagne, strawberries & cream and chocolates. Really enjoyable.

Nice touch with the champagne. Wasnt exactly a spa though, just a pool. would have been nice if it had sun loungers or a place to all chill out and chat.

Comment in the hotel - lovely treatment, was given a private room .. no beds to rest in the 'spa day' so mainly just pottered about the pool etc... treatment was lovely but lady doing the treatment seemed unprofessional in terms of customer care.

Fantastic, we were well taken care of the the staff, the hotel was pristine, and the treatments fantastic.

Chillisauce had also mixed the timings up due to the afternoon tea timings, so there fore I had to re-arrange EVERYONE's treatment times, and 3 had to have theirs the next day, 1 who did not have them all togther, but the actual treatments were lovley.
