The hotel was lovely but my own problem was that there was no breakfast included! I rang the emergency team on the Saturday morning to find out why and the lady I spoke to promised me that they would look into this by informing her manager to look into the past phone call conversations. I still have received no phone call to let me no.

There wasn't always a member of Staff on the Reception Desk if needed, and one of the days we had to wait 10 Minutes for Staff to replace our Key Card. Other than that though the hotel was clean, tidy and spacious.
