Basic but we only got ready in the room/slept so was perfect for what we required and it was clean

The sofa-bed was quite tatty, and the room could do with touch up here and there. The shower was difficult to work out how to use, but overall the experience was good. The staff brought extra tea/coffee etc and were pleasant and professional at all times

Rubbish hotel and one member if staff was very rude. She worked on Sunday 22nd morning.
