We had to wait approx 20minutes to get into the Water Park whilst our group leader tried to sort out our passes with the staff. More information should have been sent through from Chillisauce or a rep should have been there . Park very clean with some good rides

Great park although very busy. Confusion at entrance as they expected us to have a paper print out of the booking

The water park was really good nice & quiet which meant no queuing however having to pay for sun beds in there was the first time I’ve ever had to in a water park
